By using the promo code WELCOME, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Offer Details: This promotion grants new customers two (2) months of free rent on any storage unit at [Flatwoods Secure Storage].
  2. Minimum Stay Requirement: To qualify for the free rent, you must maintain an active rental agreement for a minimum of six (6) consecutive months from the lease start date.
  3. Early Termination Clause: If you vacate or terminate your rental agreement before completing six (6) months of occupancy, the free months initially granted under this promotion will be retroactively charged at the standard rental rate for your unit type. These charges must be paid in full before vacating the unit.
  4. Payment & Fees: Standard rental rates apply after the two free months. Any failure to pay the required fees, including retroactive charges for early termination, may result in collection actions and/or legal proceedings in accordance with Kentucky state law (KRS 359.200-359.250) governing self-storage rental agreements.
